With the approach of winter weather comes a decline in mental health for many. But, what is the difference between a case of the winter blues and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? We speak to On The Record editor Mahdis Habibinia about the distinction. Also, we get a glimpse into the world of TMU A Cappella, including how some of the groups were formed and how they prepare to be pitch perfect come competition season.
